Wisconsin decided we're gonna stick with the incumbents!!!
Please tell us what we don’t get here…
Maybe we need a calculus tutor or something.
The wonderfully nice people of the great State of Wisconsin just re-elected at the top of the ticket:
✅ Incumbents x 2
✅ Over 12 years in government x 2
✅ Old guys x 2
✅ White guys x 2
✅ Partisans x 2
✅ 1 Dem, 1 GOP in a Divisive Cycle
Quoting the Marquette University Law School Poll:
“A majority of respondents, 63%, think the state is off on the wrong track, while 31% say it is headed in the right direction.”
With underwater support for the powers that be, you might think that voters would take out their frustrations at the ballot box on a couple of statewide politicians who have both been in public office for a dozen years or better.
The “wrong track” response at 63% is higher now than it was at any point throughout the entire pandemic.
So naturally we said:
Let’s give these two blokes another go.
4 more years for Governor Tony Evers!
6 more years for Senator Ron Johnson!
Stay purple, Wisconsin!
